1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tg444 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the tg444 platform.

1.2 Scope of Services

1.5 Amendments to These Terms

tg444 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tg444 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect. For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting improvements — the revised terms take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the tg444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To register a tg444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You are registering solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had a tg444 account closed or suspended for breach of these terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order active on the tg444 platform.
• You are not residing in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify tg444 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected] or via the account settings page.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active tg444 account at any time. tg444 uses a combination of technical identifiers including device fingerprinting, IP address records, payment method associations, and identity document data to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tg444 will close all duplicate accounts, merge or void balances at its discretion, and reserve the right to permanently ban the player from the platform.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your tg444 account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. tg444 will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact [email protected] without delay.

2.5 Account Currency

All tg444 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once your account currency has been set to BDT at registration, it cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawal requests, wager amounts, bonus values, and balance displays are shown in BDT throughout the platform.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use a tg444 account. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. tg444 does not offer gaming or betting services to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances. If we determine at any point that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration or gameplay, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and account used to deposit. tg444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tg444 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. tg444 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction — and to report it to the relevant authorities — where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction is connected to illegal activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation related to their account transactions.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tg444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if required.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers at tg444 are available to eligible registered players who are aged 18 or above and whose accounts are in good standing. tg444 reserves the right to exclude any player from specific promotions at its discretion, including where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, where a player is subject to a self-exclusion period, or where a player's account is pending investigation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by tg444 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms prior to opt-in. Players are strongly advised to read all bonus terms before claiming any offer.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of issue. If the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account automatically. The validity period applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms at the time of issue.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

tg444 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Actions considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to exploit wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to claim bonuses fraudulently, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse are subject to cancellation of all bonus balances and, in severe cases, permanent account closure.

5.5 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in the display of a bonus, odds, or game outcome — whether caused by a system fault, data feed error, or human error — tg444 reserves the right to void any transactions affected by the error and to restore the player's account balance to its state prior to the erroneous event. tg444 will not be liable for any losses or foregone winnings arising from a manifest error.

6.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the tg444 platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not use tg444 in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg444 platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Making chargeback or payment dispute claims that are not made in good faith.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tg444 support staff or other platform users.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the tg444 platform without prior written consent.

6.3 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided to tg444 — at registration, during KYC verification, and at any other point — is accurate, truthful, and complete. You agree to promptly update your registered details if any information changes. tg444 will not be held liable for any losses or service disruptions arising from inaccurate player-provided information.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Obligations

tg444 encourages all players to engage with its responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options — which are accessible from the account settings page. By using the tg444 platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk, that outcomes are uncertain, and that tg444's games are designed for entertainment and not as a means of generating income.

7.1 Suspension by tg444

tg444 may suspend an account — temporarily restricting login, gameplay, and financial transactions — where any of the following apply:

• KYC verification documents have been requested but not yet provided within the required timeframe.
• Unusual account activity has been detected that requires investigation.
• A suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions is under review.
• A payment dispute, chargeback, or third-party complaint relating to the account is being investigated.

tg444 will notify the account holder of a suspension by email where possible. A suspension does not constitute a finding of fault and does not prejudge the outcome of any investigation.

7.2 Permanent Closure by tg444

tg444 may permanently close an account and void all associated balances where investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for permanent closure include but are not limited to: confirmed fraudulent activity, confirmed use of automation tools, confirmed bonus abuse, confirmed provision of false identity documents, confirmed underage gambling, and repeated violations of the prohibited conduct policy. Players whose accounts are permanently closed for cause will not be permitted to re-register.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your tg444 account at any time by contacting [email protected] or via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any ineligible bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification. 7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by tg444 or voluntarily by the player — all access to the platform will be revoked, all active bonus balances will be forfeited, and tg444's obligation to retain personal data will be governed by applicable data protection legislation as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The tg444 platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, and support functions, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tg444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform. tg444 does not warrant that the platform will be free from viruses, malicious code, or other harmful components, and you are advised to maintain appropriate security software on your devices.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, loss of gaming opportunity, or emotional distress — even if tg444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

Where tg444 is found liable to a player for direct damages, tg444's maximum aggregate liability in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their tg444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on the tg444 platform are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tg444 is not responsible for any technical faults, game malfunctions, or RNG errors originating within third-party game engines. In the event of a game malfunction, the applicable provider's technical decision shall be final, subject to tg444's escalation and dispute procedures.

8.5 Force Majeure

tg444 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond tg444's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, internet service outages, governmental actions, power failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service provider failures.
